Four principles that shape every brief we accept.
Hyper-local.
The answer is always in the neighbourhood. We work at the smallest useful scale first — the block, the market, the school.
Community-led.
Nothing about them, without them. The people who live with the problem co-own the solution and the operating model.
Structural.
We change the design, not the individual behaviour. Upstream fixes travel further than downstream campaigns.
Regenerative.
Every intervention leaves the community with more resource, capacity and dignity than it found.
